Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience working with the Scrum framework and Agile principles
  • Proven experience in product backlog management and backlog refinement techniques
  • Ability to help teams create clear, concise, and value-driven Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
  • Strong understanding of empirical product development and product planning
  • Experience supporting and coaching the Product Owner to maximize product value through effective backlog management
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
  • Experience coaching teams in non-mature Agile/Scrum environments
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure well-facilitated Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement actions
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level)
  • Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
