Job Description:

The Agile Scrum Master is an expert in agile techniques and is adept at change management through influence and facilitation of Agile into new environments. The role involves guiding and coaching Agile teams in collaboration, planning, and execution of development processes while championing agile values and principles.

Job Responsibility:

Own, advocate, and coach Agile (scrum) processes
serve as Scrum Master for up to two Agile teams
uphold Agile values and principles
facilitate Agile ceremonies
focus teams to deliver value quickly
foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement
coordinate across other Agile teams for complex projects
take action based on retrospectives and sprint team metrics
organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning
track and communicate sprint/release progress
champion and embody Scrum way-of-life
encourage and support iterative and collaborative development
resolve impediments to help your team ship code
coach teams on Scrum or Kanban basics
ensure adherence to Citi Agile SDLC processes and procedures
facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning
develop long-term roadmaps

Requirements:

8-14 Years of experience
3-5 years of scrum master experience
in-depth knowledge of Scrum
implementation of Agile methodologies to multiple teams
strong communication skills
hands-on with Agile/Scrum practices, Confluence, Jira, Collaboration tools, reporting
good knowledge of Kanban, Extreme programming, release planning
strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning
experience running Agile at scale as a SAFe RTE or Scrum of Scrum manager
experience being on multiple Scrum teams in various contexts
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
