Scrum Master

This is a project-based employee role supporting the initial development phase of our autonomous vehicle platforms. Development phases of this nature typically span up to approximately 24 months, though scope and duration are driven by business needs. Ensure their team is able to organize and follow the scrum and ASI processes. Help ensure all their team members have taken the appropriate step on stories so their team is a well-oiled machine. Remove Impediments, encourage the team to work only on task, and encourage POs to plan. Conduct Retrospectives, and schedule Backlog Grooming. 20% of time is spent doing work as a Scrum master, and the remaining 80% of time will be spent working on product development alongside team.
