Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the involvement of each team member in the project and overcoming obstacles together
Making the team autonomous, developing their creativity and cohesion
Ensuring the well-being of each team member
Being the protector and facilitator of the team
Maintaining a good relationship with the Product Owner
Promoting communication with all stakeholders
Leading ceremonies: agile retrospectives, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.

Requirements:

At least one successful initial experience as a scrum master
Good knowledge of different agile tools
Scrum certification
Professional English
