Job Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to coach, support and enable Product Owners, Process Owners and delivery squads within a Digital Transformation portfolio. The role focuses on embedding Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery practices, supporting DevOps behaviours, and enabling the delivery of agreed business outcomes within a fast‑paced transformation environment. The position plays a key role across multiple delivery squads, working with stakeholders across Digital, OSS, Automation, Engineering and Platform teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Keep delivery squads organised, focused and aligned to agreed priorities and outcomes
  • Facilitate the removal of dependencies, risks and impediments that impact sprint delivery
  • Protect team focus by minimising distractions and enabling effective ways of working
  • Act as an Agile subject matter expert and coach across the Digital Transformation portfolio
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple squads and monitor progress against objectives
  • Coordinate inter‑team dependencies and collaboration across the wider delivery landscape
  • Drive continuous improvement by embedding Agile standards, tools and practices
  • Foster a culture of trust, feedback and learning through retrospectives and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with agreed delivery processes, tooling and documentation standards
  • Support the organisation’s transition towards a SAFe delivery methodology

Requirements

  • An experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise
  • Confident in coaching teams, Product Owners and stakeholders at various organisational levels
  • Skilled in communicating complex information clearly and with impact
  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable in approach, and effective in influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Experienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
  • Knowledgeable in Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery tools and techniques
  • Familiar with Agile metrics, estimation techniques and continuous improvement practices
  • Degree qualified or able to demonstrate a strong delivery track record
  • Knowledge of telecoms products, services and process design
  • Understanding of financial drivers, data‑based solutions and value delivery

Nice to have

Agile, Lean, ITIL or related certifications are desirable
