Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams in agile principles and procedures
  • Facilitate all key agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Identify and remove roadblocks or distractions that interfere with sprint commitments
  • Coach product owners on effective backlog refinement, reporting, and roadmap planning
  • Maintain delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to ensure transparency
  • Mediate between product owners and technical teams to ensure goals are met
  • Assist in digital service activities like user research and usability testing sessions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale digital transformation environments
  • Strong background in managing agile processes for multiple concurrent projects
  • Expert knowledge of agile ceremonies and the ability to coach teams on self-organization
  • Proficiency in using project management tools to track backlogs and delivery metrics
