Scrum master lead

• Leading teams and executing agile development sprints and App releases that deliver customer and business value with speed and quality
• Overseeing and championing Scrum events and artifacts
• Reporting on and monitoring work progress
• Identifying potential risks and dependencies
• Removing impediments
• Leading the team to continuously improve and help scale best practices

• 8+ years’ experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations and using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning
• Leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train that runs daily scrums, collaborates on requirement documentation, and unblocks barriers to keep the team moving
• Coaches and collaborates with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, Designers, Developers, etc. to foster decision-making and continuous improvement
• Experience working within agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection etc. and familiar with scrum tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence)
• Ability to align change management strategies with product development/deployments
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
• Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, matrixed, complex, fast paced environment
• Verbal and written bilingual communication skills. Language Proficiency: English/Mandarin

Preferred qualification of Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
