Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to serve as a servant leader for Agile Scrum teams. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating as a dedicated Scrum Master within a true Agile environment and is passionate about driving team effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling high‑quality product delivery. Candidates with experience supporting consumer-facing applications, enterprise websites, retail, or business services environments are strongly preferred.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a servant leader accountable for helping Scrum teams achieve maximum effectiveness
  • Coach team members in Agile best practices, self‑organization, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Guide the team to focus on delivering high‑value increments that meet the Definition of Done
  • Identify, track, and help remove impediments that may impact team progress
  • Ensure all Scrum ceremonies occur regularly and are productive, engaging, and outcome‑driven (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
  • Collaborate with team members, product stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners to support informed decision‑making and organizational goals
  • Assess team and organizational Scrum maturity
  • provide coaching to elevate practices at a sustainable pace
  • Facilitate progress without assigning or dictating work
  • empower the team to self‑manage
  • Support healthy discussion, conflict resolution, and consensus-building within the team
  • Enhance transparency through effective communication, reporting, and information radiators
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage experimentation while ensuring Agile values are upheld

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a true Agile Scrum environment
  • Hands-on experience performing Scrum Master duties across the full cycle of ceremonies
  • Background working in at least one other role within an Agile environment (e.g., QA, Developer, BA, PO, etc.)
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support teams delivering enterprise-level or consumer-facing digital products

Nice to have

  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, SASM, or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience working with teams that manage or support large-scale enterprise websites
  • Experience in consumer-facing technology, retail, or business services environments
  • Track record of identifying improvement opportunities and coaching teams toward higher maturity
