8-12+ years of IT/software delivery experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven success in scaling them
Demonstrated ability to improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance
Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Hands-on with agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM II/III

Job Responsibility
