Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master with an understanding of SAFe 6.0 practices to facilitate and support Agile team in the successful delivery of high-quality services. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles are followed and continuous improvement is fostered within the teams and business management. As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a key point of contact between team members and other stakeholders.

Remove Roadblocks and Manage Dependencies

Coach and Mentor Team Members
Align with Organizational Goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment
Proven experience in software development or IT environments, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles
Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) is required
Additional Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus
Understanding of SAFe 6.0 principles, roles, and artifacts
Facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
proficiency in any other European language is a plus
EU citizenship

Nice to have:

proficiency in any other European language is a plus
Additional Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus
