SCRUM Coordinator drives Agile execution in alignment with AutoSCRUM methodology adapted for complex automotive development. This role is responsible for planning and facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, coordinating cross-domain sprint execution and ensuring that teams deliver incrementally while adhering to ASPICE and system engineering standards
Job Responsibility:
Organizing and facilitating key Agile events such as Big room planning, stand ups, sprint and release reviews across multiple cross-functional teams
Maintaining team boards in JIRA, supporting backlog refinement and aligning release and sprint goals with program-level priorities
Monitoring team progress, collecting metrics and identifying blockers to ensure timely resolution or escalation
Driving coordination between software, systems, validation, testing and quality teams to align dependencies and resolve integration issues
Ensuring transparency of delivery status through structured reporting, dashboards and alignment with program and release milestones
Supporting compliance with ASPICE and V-model process steps, ensuring traceability between engineering tasks and system-level deliverables
Coaching teams in Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, predictability and collaboration
Collaborating with Project Management & Delivery teams to manage scope, timelines and risks within the sprint cadence
Acting as a liaison between engineering teams and coordination stakeholders (GPO, RBU, EDO, Quality), ensuring that delivery expectations are met.
Requirements:
Knowledge of agile methodologies & keen interest in staying up to date with the trends in this dynamic field
Project Management skills, especially in areas of estimations, planning, clarifying goals & actions
Ability to shield the team from outside distractions & interferences
Ability to give developmental feedback
Skillful in applying coaching techniques in business environment
Knowledgeable of and motivated by the concept of servant leadership
Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations for the benefit of the team
Courage to conduct critical conversations
Skillful in conflict resolution
Ability to see the big picture and understand how individual task interconnect and impact other parts of the development process
