Job Responsibility

Support the rollout of the Global Contract program for S&T by coordinating contract data analytics, validation, and reporting
Maintain the integrity of contract data, tailoring analytics to procurement needs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive strategic sourcing and compliance
Act as the primary coordinator for the “golden frame” contract data structure, ensuring all contract elements are accurately captured, classified, and maintained for analytics and reporting
Serve as the final validation checkpoint for contract data, performing random sampling and quality checks before data is consumed by downstream systems or analytics platforms
Develop and customize analytical reports to address specific procurement requirements, including spend analysis, supplier risk, compliance, and contract performance metrics
Actively participate in and lead meetings with Procurement, Technology, Data & AI, and other business partners to align on contract analytics objectives, resolve data issues, and support program rollout
Provide analytics and reporting support for the implementation of the Global Contract program, ensuring alignment with S&T business goals and compliance standards
Own contract analytics tools/dashboards and maintain data accuracy
Lead data extraction, cleansing, and enrichment from CLM systems (Selectica, Ariba, Terzo)
Drive compliance reporting (GISR, legal, sustainability) and advanced analytics
