Requirements

At least 5 years of supporting production teams in some sort of technical capacity
Strong troubleshooting skills and can quickly diagnose and solve technical problems on-site or remotely
Basic understanding of video production and animation
Experience with current video capturing practices and technologies as it relates to video production
Experience in tracking, managing and maintaining an ecosystem of devices
Strong problem solver with a demonstrated track record for delivering operational support to a board range of creative and production teams
Strong collaborator and communicator capable of working in a highly cross-functional environment
Deeply organized with a strong attention to detail
Experience with localization is a plus

Job Responsibility

Taking screenshots and on-device video captures for marketing materials or reference for animation department
Assist in setting up and maintaining a secure lab which houses all devices needed for content production
Ensure all devices are up to date with the latest software builds
Support the day-to-day device needs of the WW Screen Production and broader Marcom creatives teams
Support the day-to-day device needs of Geo CPM teams in-geo and throughout Workshop sessions
Setup and maintain a secure lab for housing devices and facilitating usage
Provide technical support to creative and production teams
Pickup and distribute equipment across offices in the Bay Area
