Job Description:

Are you an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months of UK-based care experience? Looking for full-time work and the opportunity to earn up to £10,000 over 3 months? We are seeking candidates who are willing to work on a contract basis, offering excellent pay rates of up to £21 per hour. This role involves supporting adults in care-at-home or residential settings across the offshore islands of Scotland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored care packages to meet individual needs
  • Offer support for individuals with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of UK care experience
  • Experience in complex care, managing challenging behaviour, and supporting individuals with autism
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Nice to have:

Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care
