Are you an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months of UK-based care experience? Looking for full-time work and the opportunity to earn up to £10,000 over 3 months? We are seeking candidates who are willing to work on a contract basis, offering excellent pay rates of up to £21 per hour. Offer support for individuals with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in complex care, managing challenging behaviour, and supporting individuals with autism. Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of UK care experience. Desirable: Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care.
