Job Description

You will be at the heart of a highly competitive product line which drives the sales of an expanded portfolio of products across major platforms including Airbus and Boeing. You will be supporting our strategic growth by translating data into actionable growth initiatives, identifying untapped market opportunities and converting high-potential leads. Your goal is to bridge the gap between market demand and our current offerings by identifying and onboarding suppliers to develop Satair’s competitiveness.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively identify untapped business opportunities to expand the Vendor Parts portfolio
  • Drive the qualification of high-potential suppliers
  • Ensure a continuous flow of new business opportunities into the portfolio pipeline
  • Orchestrate and drumbeat the implementation of new suppliers with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective suppliers
  • Successfully navigate the initial partnership phase
  • Travel approximately 10 days per year, mainly in Europe to visit suppliers, attend international fairs, and internal workshops

Requirements

  • Master's degree in International Business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment
  • Background in aviation is a significant advantage
  • Sharp business acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Eye for detail and appetite for data-driven decision making
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth strategies
  • Natural talent for communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable with juggling multiple topics simultaneously involving several external and internal stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English
  • Additional language skills are a welcome asset
