Job Description

The SCM SME will lead the design and deployment of end-to-end supply chain processes across Life Sciences organizations. The role will standardize procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and order management processes while ensuring scalability, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Define supplier management processes
  • Design requisition, approval, and purchase order workflows
  • Standardize procurement policies across entities
  • Implement vendor performance and procurement reporting requirements
  • Design inventory operating model
  • Define inventory policies and controls
  • Configure: Item Masters, Inventory Locations, Lot Control, Serialized Inventory, Cycle Counting, Inventory Transfers, Replenishment Planning
  • Design Order-to-Cash process flows
  • Define order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns processes
  • Standardize customer service workflows
  • Support demand planning and inventory allocation processes
  • Define traceability requirements
  • Support lot-controlled inventory management
  • Ensure product genealogy and inventory visibility
  • Support regulatory and quality-driven inventory controls
  • Lead migration of: Vendor Masters, Customer Masters, Inventory Masters, Open POs, Open Sales Orders, Inventory Balances
  • Lead SCM UAT and business readiness activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
  • 8+ years of supply chain transformation experience
  • 5+ years implementing NetSuite SCM capabilities
  • Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management

Nice to have

  • Life Sciences industry experience
  • Experience with lot-controlled inventory environments
  • Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations
  • NetSuite SCM certifications
