Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the S&OP cycle, overseeing demand planning, supply review and S&OP execution through strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Drive planning and material management activities, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and embracing new challenges
  • Manage capital cost by maintaining optimal stock levels to fulfill customers' demands, while effectively managing slow-moving stock
  • Ensure compliance with GMP SOP, working closely with the regulatory team and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and meet GMP requirements
  • Gather market intelligence through daily interactions with business partners, analyze the data, and share insights and ideas with the business as appropriate
  • Proactively engage in regional and global SCM-related projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes
  • Analyze SCM KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with team members
  • Support team members in day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues by effective collaboration with relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, material management, or a supply chain-related field
  • Experience with SAP planning module or other ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Collaborative mindset and open to continuous learning
  • Experience with project management in supply chain
