Scientist Pharmaceutical Sector

• Lead R&D activities, coordinate timelines (Gantt), and manage project deliverables
• Oversee protocol reviews, communication, task delegation, and reporting
• Supervise technical leads in process development and analytical teams
• Conduct experimental work in UFDF, chromatography, filtration, and fractionation (50–60% lab activity)
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, and make decisions accordingly
• Assist in analytical testing and ensure data traceability
• Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, reverse phase, impurity quantification, ELISA, clotting methods)
• Execute internal analytical tests and support method optimization
• Report analytical results and ensure compliance with R&D procedures

• Background in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field
• Experience in R&D process development and/or analytical method development (chromatography, UFDF, protein analytics)
• Medior to senior profiles (5+ years) for lead and PM positions
• junior to medior for associate and technician roles
• Strong soft skills: proactive, collaborative, optimistic, and open-minded
• Fluent in English

Dutch or French is a plus
