The successful candidate will support the development and optimization of microfluidics-enabled antibody discovery workflows. The position involves hands-on work with microfluidic chips, cell biology assays, and ensuring workflow continuity.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and optimize cell-based assays on microfluidic microwell and other commercial chips
Assist with microfluidic experiments, including encapsulation, operation, and troubleshooting
Perform routine biological assay execution, data collection, and ensure workflow stability and reproducibility
Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to protocol refinement
Document experiments, results, and findings in an electronic laboratory notebook
Contribute to the writing of technical reports, SOPs, and method protocols
Requirements:
Background in cell biology, bioengineering, or related fields
Hands-on experience with microfluidic chips (e.g., droplet, microwell, microchamber)
Proficiency in executing cell culture and cell biology-based assays
Familiarity with high-content imaging and data analysis
Basic scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python, MATLAB, ImageJ) for system control and data processing
Experience working across biology-engineering interfaces
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to organize data into high-quality presentations, including graphs, figures, and tables
