Advance next‑generation antibody research at the intersection of immunology and gene therapy. Proclinical is seeking a motivated and innovative Scientist to join a team focused on antibody investigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in gene therapy and pharmaceuticals.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute in vivo mouse immunization studies, including mouse handling, injections (subcutaneous, footpad, intraperitoneal, intravenous), and blood sampling
Perform ELISA-based assays to measure antibody responses
Conduct multi-color flow cytometry staining and analysis
Culture primary B cells and optimize strategies to elicit robust B cell responses in vivo
Characterize B cell development in genetically engineered mice and plasma cell responses
Present data in both small and large group settings
Maintain detailed records, including an up-to-date lab notebook.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in cellular immunology research within academia or industry
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects effectively
Hands-on experience with vaccination, tissue isolation, blood sampling, multi-parameter flow cytometry, and ELISA
Knowledge of B-cell and plasma cell biology is advantageous
Experience in primary culture of B cells and plasma cells is a plus
Candidates with relevant technical expertise in adjacent fields are encouraged to apply.
