The team consists of 4 people reporting to the Director Technical Perfumery, and you will work closely with departments such as Product Development, Fragrance Design, Sensory, and Regulatory. All your colleagues are highly skilled, collaborative, and passionate about technical excellence. Working in the team feels dynamic and diverse, where precision meets creativity in fragrance science.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and weigh fragrance raw materials according to perfumers’ compositions
  • Manage and control stock levels, quality, and traceability of ingredients
  • Perform and interpret chromatographic analyses (GC/GC‑MS) on raw materials and finished perfumes
  • Organize and document olfactory evaluation sessions and internal panels
  • Coordinate logistics for samples and shipments (DHL), ensuring timely project delivery

Requirements:

  • Master GC/GC‑MS techniques and can interpret analytical results confidently
  • Have strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials and organic chemistry
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bring experience in compounding and sampling within a perfumery context
  • Speak English fluently (French is a plus)
