Job Responsibility:
Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products, and operate production equipment
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure proper ingredient quantities in batches
Assist with in-process testing to verify batch specifications
Validate processes and equipment associated with filtration, cleaning, and sterilization
Dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids
Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids for batches
Provide training support for onboarding and new procedures
Support the lead or supervisor as needed
Recommend improvements for operational efficiency
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BD housekeeping and safety policies
Work overtime as needed to meet business requirements
Requirements:
High school with technical certification and 3 years of laboratory experience
Associate's degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of laboratory experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
