Job Description:

An outstanding, modern, Creative Secondary School located within Ealing, is searching for graduates to fill a Science Teaching Assistant role. You will be supporting KS3-5 lessons, focusing on attainment & the quality of learning. This role is ideal for Trainee Science Teachers looking to gain experience before enrolling on teacher training.

Job Responsibility:

Tutoring Science 1:1 and to groups of between 2-6 Children
Working across KS3-5 with a focus on raising attainment
Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
Enrolling on the Trainee Science Teacher (Schools Direct).

Requirements:

Must have a desirable degree in Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Natural Sciences, Mathematics & Physics, Environmental Science, Geography & Environmental Science, Health Science, Healthcare & Fitness, or any STEM-related degree
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed are key throughout.
