Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Qualified Science Teachers (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics specialists) for secondary schools across the Liverpool city-from Aigburth to West Derby. Whether you are an ECT looking to build your experience or an experienced Teacher seeking a fresh department, we have roles to suit you. We are securing staff for immediate starts and the upcoming Summer term (starting April 13th).

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Science lessons
Prepare Year 11 students for their GCSE Science assessments
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide helpful feedback
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
Set up and supervise practical experiments following health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with the science technician and department to optimise resources
Follow all school-wide safeguarding and child protection protocols

Requirements:

QTS / QTLS
Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 (specialism in any discipline is a plus)
A valid DBS on the update service and the right to work in the UK
