Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in biology, chemistry, and physics in line with the national curriculum
  • Use innovative teaching methods to make complex scientific concepts accessible and exciting
  • Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback to help them reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with the science department to develop and refine curriculum content and teaching strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in a science-related subject
  • Experience teaching science at the secondary level is highly desirable
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Commitment to professional development and staying current with scientific and educational advancements
