Job Responsibility:
Deliver a high-quality Science curriculum across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 (A-Level) teaching for the right candidate
Inspire curiosity through complex practical experiments-from observing cellular structures to testing chemical reactions
Foster a disciplined yet creative classroom environment where every student feels empowered to succeed
Use data-driven insights to track progress and prepare Year 11 students for their upcoming GCSEs
Collaborate with an expert team of technicians and fellow Science teachers to share best practices
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
A strong degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
A valid Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
