Job Description

Science Teacher | KS3 & KS4 | Top-Tier CPD & Support. Position: Full-Time, Temporary (Fixed-Term). Salary: £140 - £233 per day (Paid to Scale). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Job Responsibility

Plan and execute engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and GCSE Science specifications
Manage and lead safe, investigative practical work that brings scientific theory to life
Use assessment data to bridge attainment gaps and foster scientific inquiry in every student
Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the holistic wellbeing and academic mindset of your students

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory for this role
Degree: A BSc/MSc in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Applied Science)
Experience: A proven history of teaching Science within a UK secondary school setting
Compliance: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and a 100% commitment to safeguarding and lab safety
