Job Description:

The Executive Headteacher at an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School based in the Borough of Bexley is seeking a Science Teacher / Science ECT to start in September 2025 on a Permanent, Full-Time contract. This large school has plenty to offer experienced Science Teachers and ambitious Science ECTs, including a vibrant, supportive and expanding Science department equipped with modern facilities, dedicated and experienced SLT, excellent CPD opportunities and TLRs available, and a curriculum designed to ensure academic, social, emotional and progress for each pupil.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5
Working alongside a fantastic team of Science Teachers and Science ECTs
Ensuring academic, social, emotional and progress for each pupil

Requirements:

Must hold UK QTS
Experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5
A passion for learning and improving the learning experience of the younger generation
A proficient understanding of the current Secondary curriculum
