Job Responsibility:
Deliver clear and engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Set up and oversee safe practical experiments in the lab
Mark student work and provide constructive feedback
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment
Follow departmental schemes of work and exam board specifications
Work closely with lab technicians to prepare resources for practicals
Attend departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
Has Knowledge of subject and curriculum
