Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and structured Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics). Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, managing classroom behaviour effectively. For long-term roles: Engage in full planning, preparation, assessment, and parent evenings as required by the school's department. Follow the school's policies regarding safeguarding, grading, and behavioural expectations. What You Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent, recognised UK teaching qualification. A strong subject knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum. Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for inspiring young minds. An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one). Right to work in the UK.
