Use formative assessment data, such as questioning and exit tickets, to raise student achievement
Scaffold complex scientific resources in real-time to support SEND and EAL learners
Maintain a safe and organised laboratory environment following strict safeguarding policies

Experience in self-evaluating teaching quality through peer observation and performance tracking
