Job Description:

Are you a passionate Science Teacher with QTS who loves to inspire curiosity in the next generation? Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver science lessons and practical experiments across Key Stages
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress towards GCSE targets
  • Manage classroom behaviour and undertake pastoral duties
  • Ensure full compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety policies
  • Liaise effectively with parents, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • SEN experience
  • Experience up to key stage 3/4
  • QTS/PGCE equivalent
  • Be flexible and committed
  • DBS check on the update service would be a distinct advantage

Nice to have:

  • Managing behaviour of pupils whilst undertaking work to ensure a constructive environment
  • Strong classroom management
  • Motivated and enthusiastic demeanour
