Job Responsibility

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Use formative assessment data to raise student achievement
Scaffold complex scientific resources for SEND and EAL learners
Maintain a safe laboratory environment following safeguarding policies
Act as a force for social change by closing the educational gap through high-quality STEM instruction

Requirements

QTS
SEN experience
strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
proven ability to use positive, person-centred interventions
skills to reinvent curriculum materials
ability to work with Teaching Assistants
experience in self-evaluating teaching quality
