Planning for Success: Using short, medium, and long-term plans to create a stable, structured learning environment
Requirements:
QTS/PGCE: You must be a Qualified Teacher
Resilience: The ability to stay calm, reflective, and non-confrontational in challenging moments
Creativity: A knack for making Science accessible and exciting for students with complex needs
A Commuter's Mindset: Due to our beautiful (but rural) location, a driving license is highly desirable
