Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Use formative assessment data, such as questioning and exit tickets, to raise student achievement. Scaffold complex scientific resources in real-time to support SEND and EAL learners. Maintain a safe and organised laboratory environment following strict safeguarding policies. Act as a force for social change by closing the educational gap through high-quality STEM instruction Preferred skills: Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics with the ability to simplify complex theories. Proven ability to use positive, person-centred interventions to manage classroom dynamics. Skills to reinvent curriculum materials and adapt resources for diverse student needs. Ability to work effectively with Teaching Assistants and mentor upcoming teaching talent. Experience in self-evaluating teaching quality through peer observation and performance tracking.
