About You We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with: Proven experience in teaching within a further education setting Strong knowledge of and ability to implement the criteria of the awarding bodies Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one) You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
