Job Responsibility

Perform daily cleaning as required by the Master Cleaning Schedule
Maintain cleanliness of mill exterior, including the shorts loading area
Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals
Assist with the management and monitoring of the Integrated Pest Management
Inspect and perform required testing of all wheat to ensure specifications are met
Complete all wheat receiving reports, weigh scale tickets and inspection sheets
Record daily wheat receiving information into ERP system
Report any food safety, product quality and/or food security incidents to the QA Department
Ensure HACCP, GMP and Company policies and procedures are followed
Ensure that all injuries, hazards and near misses are reported
