You will be responsible for delivering bespoke education and care to students aged 5 to 25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and autism, ensuring they flourish in both school and residential settings. We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
Job Responsibility
Assist young people with complex needs, focusing on developing their daily life skills and personal autonomy, as well as providing personal care and support
Build strong, positive relationships that help our learners feel safe, secure, and confident
Support and guide students through educational, recreational, and community activities
Partner with teachers, therapists, medical professionals, and families to deliver holistic care
Requirements
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, childcare provider, or care worker is highly valued
A background (professional or personal) in supporting children or young adults with SEN
Valid UK work authorisation is required and you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check or have one on the update service
