As a School Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and skilled at building trusted relationships, you’ll be the key partner for schools using Atomi. You’ll help them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and achieve meaningful results for students and teachers. You’ll work closely with school leaders and teachers to drive impact, from running engaging workshops to supporting change management and sharing best practice. You’ll also help track usage data to guide adoption, and feed insights back to our Product and Marketing teams so we can keep improving. This is a hands-on role based in Western Australia (Perth preferred), and requires occasional travel to schools (~2 weeks a quarter).
Job Responsibility:
Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and leaders confidently roll out and embed Atomi
Deliver engaging training and professional learning, from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to each school’s needs
Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support and best practice
Use data and insights to drive adoption, identify challenges early and ensure long-term success
Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories
Requirements:
Direct experience working in secondary education (for example, as a teacher, head of department or school leader) or previous SaaS CSM experience
Confidence presenting and facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences, including senior school leadership
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
Comfortable using data and a willingness to use tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs to drive results
Based in Western Australia (Perth preferred), with access to a car and able to travel as needed
A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
