Job Responsibility:
Accurately input test information and renewal data into company systems
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval
Process and update documents by scanning and uploading them into designated software programs
Create and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data
Perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record management
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Review and verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure compliance with company standards
Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on collected information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols
Provide support for other clerical duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
