School Office Admin wanted to start ASAP. We are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join our front-office team in the heart of St. Helens. If you have experience with SIMS and thrive in a busy school environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS
Managing the school's front-of-house, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries
Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting
General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and coordinating school communications
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a school office is essential
Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
