When you work in this school your responsibilities will include : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and selection Coordinate and conduct staff inductions, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure school policies align To manage the coordination of HR review meetings alongside senior leaders and the schools external HR service provider Administer HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leavers and amendments Provide initial advice to senior leaders and line managers in relation to their responsibilities for managing sickness absence Administer and support dealing with specific HR cases Support with the administration of sickness absence casework Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contribute to policy development These are some of the requirements that we need from you : Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one 2 recent professional references Previous HR experience, preferably within a school environment Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines Focus on the impact and outcomes of HR activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach Right to work in the UK (Essential) The successful candidate will get to work closely alongside a dedicated, hardworking and talented staff in an attractive and well-resourced learning environment, you will be guided and supported by the school business manager at the school that has a clear vision that prioritises the well being of their students.
