Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and selection
  • Coordinate and conduct staff inductions, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure school policies align
  • To manage the coordination of HR review meetings alongside senior leaders and the schools external HR service provider
  • Administer HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leavers and amendments
  • Provide initial advice to senior leaders and line managers in relation to their responsibilities for managing sickness absence
  • Administer and support dealing with specific HR cases
  • Support with the administration of sickness absence casework
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contribute to policy development

  • 2 recent professional references
  • Previous HR experience, preferably within a school environment
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines
