Join Our Client's Team as a Temporary HR Administrator! Location: Southampton Contract Type: Temporary - Until the end if July Are you passionate about people and looking to make a positive impact in the education sector? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is searching for a cheerful and dedicated HR Administrator to support our operations and help create an outstanding work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
  • Help new hires feel welcomed and supported by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to staff
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with training coordination

Requirements

  • A passion for human resources and a desire to support the education sector
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • A cheerful attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • You will need an Enhanced DBS check completed in order to start this role
