Job Description

Are you an operational strategist who enjoys the challenge of managing diverse sites? We are looking for a dynamic Multi-Site Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team across two of our premier specialist schools. While our educators focus on delivering "Outstanding" outcomes for students with Autism and complex needs, you will be the engine room-ensuring the business, finance, and infrastructure functions operate at the highest level of efficiency. You will mentor existing administrative teams and act as the primary lead for all non-academic operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Full budgetary accountability, resource allocation, and EBITDA performance monitoring
  • Leading Estates, Facilities, and ICT to ensure a world-class learning environment
  • Overseeing HR procedures, ensuring stringent Health & Safety standards, and maintaining regulatory 'inspection-ready' status
  • Working alongside the Headteachers to plan and execute long-term operational goals
  • Ensuring Catering and Housekeeping services meet the high standards our students deserve

Requirements

  • Background in business management within a regulated sector (Education, Care, or similar)
  • Comfortable with complex financial reporting and driving value across multiple cost centres
  • Know how to motivate staff across different locations and build a cohesive support culture
  • Unwavering commitment to safeguarding and compliance
  • Preferred: Professional diploma in School Business Management or a Finance/HR qualification
