Job Description

School Data Manager to oversee, organise, and manage data across a busy educational setting in Notting Hill. This role involves maintaining and developing the school's management information systems, producing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the school's MIS (iSAMS or similar)
  • Support with admissions, assessment, pastoral, and academic data reporting
  • Produce accurate reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies
  • Provide technical support to staff on data systems and reporting tools
  • Assist with school systems such as VLE, online parent consultation tools, and census reporting

Requirements

  • Honours degree or higher in a relevant subject
