Job Responsibility

Security & Access: Opening and securing the school site, responding to alarm call-outs, and managing key-holder responsibilities
Routine Maintenance: Undertaking minor repairs (plumbing, joinery, painting, fixture repair) to ensure the building is in excellent working order
Grounds Maintenance: Maintaining external areas, including litter picking, ensuring clear pathways, and basic grounds work
Health & Safety (H&S): Conducting regular checks (e.g., fire safety, water temperature, Legionella checks) and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
Contractor Liaison: Overseeing and monitoring external contractors (e.g., maintenance, cleaners) while on-site
Porterage & Setup: Setting up and dismantling furniture and equipment for assemblies, exams, and school events
