To commence as soon as possible, the Governors of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated School Business Manager with strong organisational skills to join the school’s busy office. This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone suitably experienced to take responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of the financial, administrative and facilities services within school with immediate effect. We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, committed to our vision and passionate to support the future growth of our Catholic school. Job Responsibility:
Planning, development and implementation of the financial, administrative and facilities services within school
Proactive in all areas of school business to enable our leadership team to concentrate their time on teaching and learning
Model our caring Christian vision and build exceptional relationships throughout our school
Requirements:

Well educated, with a minimum of GCSEs in English and mathematics or equivalent (grade C or above)

Good ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication skills both in person and in all aspects of telephone, written and electronic communication
Experience of working in an educational office environment
Highly organised with relevant experience with and a passion for financial management and project management
Experience of using school administrative and financial systems, including SIMS, and SIMS FMS
Nice to have:
Higher level qualifications are desirable
