We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our school in Huyton, Knowsley immediately. You will be the backbone of our school's financial operations, ensuring everything from budget monitoring to procurement runs.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the day-to-day financial operations using Arbor Finance
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with budget monitoring and monthly financial reporting
  • Managing petty cash and school trip payments
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and school policies

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Arbor Finance (formerly RM Finance) system
  • Non Teaching experience
  • SIMS experience
